LATE FEES
The late fee begins 10 days prior to the event which would be the Tuesday at midnight 10 days before the event. Late fee is $50 for HPDE and Race groups. (On-line registration FEE will increase at that time)

HPDE/School/Time Trials
HPDE fees range depending on the track and time of year. Please check the registration link for each event for actual cost. If you cancel, you receive a full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice (Friday midnight one week prior), otherwise no refunds/credits. NO exceptions.

Race Groups
Race fees range depending on the track and time of year. Please check the registration link for each event for actual cost. Fees are fully refundable, less a $30 processing fee provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify the NASA GL or MW region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

Comp School
Cancellation policy is the same as policy for HPDE. Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice (Friday midnight one week prior), otherwise no refunds/credits. NO exceptions.

Enduro
Full refund or credit if cancel prior to 3 weeks before the event. No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be permitted for enduro entrants who cancel less than three weeks prior to the event. If an enduro entrant needs to cancel, he or she must do so by Friday midnight three weeks prior to the event. No credits or refunds will be offered after that time.
